  • What type of equipment do I need to have access to for Remote Programming?
The beauty of individualized programming is that your coach will work with what you have. Don’t have access to a gym so you’re working out in your living room with no fancy equipment? No problem! We will incorporate things within your space that are just as effective.
  • Do you provide 1:1 training in person?
Absolutely! 1:1 training is the heart and soul of what we do here at TPM. We enjoy working with clients face to face and we love the true value that the 1:1 atmosphere brings to our sessions.
  • How does Remote Programming work?
Remote programming is essentially the online version of our professional coaching services. Using our specialized training app, your coach will create an individualized plan that is geared towards your personal goals. All of our training plans are professionally periodized and include instructional videos, coach feedback, weekly check-ins, messaging functions and optional video analysis.
  • Do you coach people with dietary restrictions?
Our nutrition coaches have the ability to work with dietary restrictions to a certain extent. Things like food sensitivities, allergies, preferences, etc. are all within our scope of practice and can be worked through with your coach. If something is out of our scope, we have some great resources and connections that we can refer you to instead!
  • What is your style of nutrition coaching?
Nutrition is a slow and steady process and is meant to be a sustainable lifelong journey. Our number one goal is to find an approach that works best for you and your current lifestyle, so that the changes we make can be easily incorporated. We want to work with you and your overall needs to be physically, mentally and emotionally happy.
  • Can you coach me to do specific types of diets like Keto, Paleo etc.?"
While we prefer to take a more human-first approach to our coaching, we realize that certain conditions require specific dietary outlines. We never advocate for “crash diets” or “quick fixes”, but we also understand that there is a time and a place for this type of approach.
  • What is the difference between Remote and Accessory Programming?
Remote programming offers an opportunity for our clients near and far to take advantage of our professional coaching services in their own space, on their own time. This type of coaching is not only great for our long-distance clients, but also for our locals that prefer to stay in their own gym. Our coaches can program for any space and equipment that is available to you. Using our specialized training app, your coach will create an individualized plan that is geared towards your personal goals. All of our training plans are professionally periodized and include instructional videos, coach feedback, weekly check-ins, messaging functions, and optional video analysis. Accessory programming is designed as an overlay program that is meant to be done on top of your regular exercise routine. These programs are an additional 20-30 minutes added to your original plan or can be done on their own as a minimal increase in frequency training. Accessory programming is great for working on skills, technique, muscle imbalances, and making your compound lifts stronger.
